As a leader, motivating employees can be a difficult task because every person is motivated by different things. One employee may be driven solely by the prospect of raises and bonuses, while another may take more pride in getting the chance to be a leader and make a real difference in the organization. One thing is for sure – managing a team that is unmotivated is an uphill battle.
