Since returning to Heaven, Jesus serves as our Advocate and Intercessor. He stands between us and Satan, and also connects us directly to the Father. “We have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.” 1 John 2:1 Jesus’ life, death and resurrection opened the way for communication with Heaven.
